London’s Flat Iron Square are hosting a series of wellness events across the final week of January, including fitness classes, meditations and talks, taking place throughout their site and music venue OMEARA. The best bit? They’re all free. Ideal for those working in the city centre, events take place throughout the day, including during lunchtime – the perfect excuse to get out of the office.
