The Meadow Afternoon Tea at Coworth Park, created by Executive Chef Adam Smith, is inspired by the stunning meadows surrounding the hotel. Comprising smoked and poached smoked salmon with lemon verbena and smoked chicken sandwiches, freshly baked scones with peach compote and a selection of sweet treats. These include vanilla custard tart with Kentish strawberries and mint, lemon drizzle cake with elderflower cream and peanut butter mousse with milk chocolate.
The tea is served with a glass of Veuve Cliquot and a selection of fine teas, including the Coworth Park Meadow Tea, a blend of mallows, cornflowers and white chrysanthemums with light Chinese black tea infused with raspberries, blackcurrants and hint of vanilla.
